How long does it take to get set-up?

Once the merchant has been approved for a merchant account, it can be up in just minutes.

I already have an existing merchant account. Can I add gift card services?

Yes – however, we will check on your current merchant service to be absolutely sure.

What is a Chargeback?

A chargeback occurs when a buyer contacts their credit card issuer to dispute a charge that appears on their credit card statement. The reasons range from unauthorized use of the card to the buyer being unsatisfied with the purchase.

How do I guard against charge-backs?

Act immediately when customers with valid disputes deserve credits (for example – if they’ve been a victim of fraud). Also, clearly display your refund policies on receipts or in your place of business.
