Five Point Capital Hires Traci Rice as Director of Telemarketing and Customer Service
SAN DIEGO 16 JANUARY 2007 San Diego-based equipment leasing firm, Five Point Capital has named Traci Rice Director of Telemarketing and Customer Service. Rice is responsible for directing, planning and managing telemarketing and customer service initiatives. Her emphasis will be on increasing sales and customer satisfaction through innovative policies and procedures. Rice will manage operational activities related to both FPC’s call center as well as the customer care departments. “With Traci’s comprehensive experience in coaching and developing sales and support teams, we are confident she will help us create world-class performance standards for all of our customer interactions,” said President Dan Feder. Traci Rice has over 10 years of experience in the area of developmental growth and process / performance improvement. Most recently she held the position of director of sales and service for Smith + Noble in Corona, California. During her tenure Rice increased call center performance 82% through performance metrics, coaching and development. Additionally she served as high speed Internet support manager for Time Warner Cable in Raleigh, North Carolina. She moved to San Diego to serve as customer operations manager for San Diego Time Warner Cable. Rice received a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, San Diego and continued with her MBA from USC. She resides in San Marcos.
